Gifts to Ayatollah Khamenei adorn Astan Quds Razavi Museum
The Astan Quds Razavi Museum, located in the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in the city of Mashhad, was established in 1995 with souvenirs and gifts presented by renowned global figures to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Gifts from Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev, Chinese President Hu Jintao, Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, North Korean President Kim Il-sung, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, and Bolivian President Evo Morales are on display at the museum. High-ranking officials from Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq, and some other countries have also donated presents to the museum.
