Iran–Korea Chamber report highlights South Korea’s youth employment for knowledge exchange
Fifth policy report explores business-led training, workplace experience and chambers of commerce’s role in connecting education with employment.
TEHRAN- The Iran–Korea Chamber of Commerce has released its fifth policy report, examining South Korea’s efforts to help young people move from education into employment. The report, “From Degrees to Experience: How South Korea Is Building a Bridge into the Labour Market for Young People,” places particular emphasis on opportunities for exchanging policy knowledge, institutional experience and practical approaches between the two countries.

Preserving specialized human capital: Lessons from South Korea for Iran’s economic recovery
TEHRAN– Facing post-war conditions and large-scale economic reconstruction requires the definitive protection of a country's most critical asset: "specialized human capital." In the face of major economic shocks and structural demand declines, the traditional and passive approach of governments often focuses on paying "unemployment benefits" after mass layoffs have occurred. This strategy not only imposes a heavy financial burden on the public budget but also leads to the waste of organizational skills, a decline in the national employer brand, and triple the cost of rehiring during boom periods.

Iran-South Korea Chamber of Commerce members meet South Korean ambassador
TEHRAN- During a meeting between the members of the Iran-South Korea Joint Chamber of Commerce and the South Korean ambassador in Tehran, the sides reviewed the latest status of bilateral relations between Iran and South Korea, and emphasized the necessity of strengthening cooperation in economic and cultural fields, the chamber reported.
