TEHRAN--Cultural tourism is effective in increasing mutual understanding, bringing nations closer together, and developing sustainable cooperation, and this area is an effective tool of public diplomacy, said Iranian Ambassador to Turkey Mohammad-Hassan Habibollahzadeh.
