TEHRAN – Amir Esmaeili won a bronze medal in the 2026 Asian Games boxing.

Uzbekistan’s Jakhongir Zokirov completed the session by advancing against Esmaeili, with the contest stopped due to injury in the second round in the men’s +90kg semifinals.

The boxing competitions at the 2026 Asian Games is being held from Sept. 21 to Oct. 2 at the Nishio City General Gymnasium.
