ATHENS -- Iran's Ambassador to Greece Mohammad-Taqi Mo'ayyed met and discussed issues of mutual interest with the Greek Minister of Roads and Transportation, Xristos Volaris on Thursday.

Mo'ayyed invited Volaris to attend a seminar entitled Issues in Management and Policymaking' that is scheduled to be held in Tehran in February.

The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran also met the Greek Deputy Interior Minister in Women's Rights, Ms. Evy Becko and talked to her about the status of women in Iran before and after the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

The two sides also agreed to arrange for frequent meetings and fruitful cooperation between the intellectual Iranian and Greek women. (IRNA)
