    Aide to Iran FM: No stalemate in nuclear talks

    TEHRAN – An aide to Iran’s foreign minister on Thursday defied EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell that the nuclear talks has stalemated, saying there is no deadlock in the negotiations.
