TEHRAN – President Hassan Rouhani has thanked Hassan Firouzabadi for his services during the time he served as the chief of staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, the president’s official website reported.

On the sidelines of the session of the Supreme Council of National Security on Saturday, President Rouhani also congratulated Firouzabadi on his new position as the “senior military advisor to the commander in chief of the armed forces”.
