Structural reform to be explored in weeks: MP

TEHRAN – An Iranian lawmaker said on Monday structural reforms recommended by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei will be put on the agenda of the Supreme Council of Economic Coordination over the next couple of weeks. 

Speaking on the 40th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, Mohammadreza Pourebrahimi said during the upcoming meeting of the council slated for next weeks, the heads of the three branches of the government will address the issue, Press TV reported.

He further stressed that the country is in urgent need of structural economic reforms.
