Archaeologists urged to examine the historical sites of Shahnameh

TEHRAN - There are numerous cities and geographical areas in Ferdowsi’s masterpiece Shahnameh that can be the starting point for archaeological studies, Iranian scholar and expert on Shahnameh, Mohammad Rasouli, has said.
