The opening ceremony, hosted by CIPCC Director Yu Lei, featured speeches from senior Chinese officials, including Assistant Foreign Minister Hong Lei, China Public Diplomacy Association Vice President Tong Xiaoling, and Renmin University CPC Committee Secretary Zhang Donggang.
